StepByStepSneakers.com was started by a group of fellow sneaker collectors who wanted to try to help change this crazy re-selling world of sneakers. With high prices, untrustworthy sellers, and fake products, the crew here at SBS strives to do just the opposite of all of the aforementioned characteristics.
On May 13,2011 the intial StepByStep site was launched! We feel that we have learned a lot and grown since the beginning of our store! StepByStep has shipped to almost all 50 states and numerous countries. We have attended many sneaker expos/shows in states such as Texas,Tennessee,Ohio,Illinois,Georgia,and many more to come!
We take pride in bringing great products at great prices! We want to bring you the products you are looking for as well as some of the ones that have been forgotten about over the course of time! It is our number one goal to put the customer first. We only sell 100 PERCENT AUTHENTIC PRODUCTS! We will never sell a fake, counterfeit, knockoff, factory variant, or anything other than legitimate products to our customers.
All of our products are in brand new/deadstock condition unless otherwise stated in the product page. In the case of selling vintage/older sneakers, we advise you to wear at your own risk because of the possibility that they may not be wearable. However, we will indicate in our product pages what products this may fall under.
We ship via the United States Postal Service. All of our products are sent USPS Priority Mail. Average delivery time from being sent is 2-3 business days to US states and 7-10 business days international. International customers are not subject to receive tracking numbers because the USPS does not offer intenational tracking but an e-mail will be sent to the buyer to let them know their package has been sent!
